At So Basic, we aim to deliver your order fast and safely

• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on your location
• Delivery Time:
– Cairo & Alexandria: within 2 : 3 working days
– Other Governorates: within 5 : 7 working days
• Order Processing: Orders are processed within 24 hours.
• Delivery: Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.
• Delays: Delivery times may vary due to external factors.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

At So Basic, we want you to love your purchase! But if you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how returns and exchanges work:

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to return or exchange your item.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags.

• You can’t check the order while the courier is waiting.

• Return shipping is your responsibility. You’ll get your refund once we receive and inspect the item.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Send us a DM on Instagram with your order number and reason.

2. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
